New Hampton High School is gearing up for its annual homecoming celebration next week, but it’s going to look a whole lot different this year because of both COVID-19 and the relative earliness of this year’s homecoming football game.

Overheard outside St. Joseph Community School last week:
“I never thought I’d say this, but I am so pumped to go to school.”

Given the bizarre year 2020 has bestowed upon us, a double overtime game was probably an appropriate way for Turkey Valley to begin its football season.
