Snyder, Byrne, Gillen earn medals for Trojans

Lead Summary

For the first time in three meets, Turkey Valley’s boys had the numbers for a varsity team score when they ran at the Crestwood Invitational Saturday.    But just barely. While most of the other school had the luxury of throwing out a score or two, all the Trojan scores counted, and they came away with fifth place among the seven complete teams.    Jordon Snyder was back in the lead with an eighth-place finish in 19:06, while Zach Gillen was close behind in 11th place of the 87 runners. Both earned medals.
