On behalf of the students, staff, and parents of the Turkey Valley Community School District, the Turkey Valley Crisis Team would like to sincerely thank all of the incredible volunteers and law enforcement officials who helped us respond to the threats made to our school earlier this year.
The area fire departments, law enforcement officials, and first responders are an amazing part of this community, and when duty calls, they are ready to act to keep our community safe.
To show our appreciation, members of the Crisis Team presented Waucoma Fire Chief Dave Wenthold and all of the area responders with a "Thank You" created by the students of Turkey Valley.
We cannot thank you enough for reassuring our children and for keeping them safe.
