Lavern M. Brockney, 85, of Elma, died Tuesday, June 10, at Franklin General Hospital, Hampton.  Funeral Services will be at 11a.m. Friday, June 13, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Elma.  Burial will be in Howard Cemetery, Elma.
