New Horizons-Chamber has 32 whiskey barrel planters for sale. Originally, the planters were going to be part of the new streetscape design, but now are available to the public while they last.
    The chamber is offering them for $25 each or two for $40.  This is not a money making venture; rather an effort to recoup the investment in the purchase of the barrels a few years ago, as well as for the top soil this spring and plants to fill them.
