Cub Scouts raise funds with chili supper

Cub Scout Pack 48 is planning a chili supper. The first people to purchase tickets were two Scouts’ grandfathers. Pictured (l-r) with tickets is Don Hackman, a former Boy Scout leader, Conner Hackman, Hunter Carey, and Don Markle, an Eagle Scout since 1954.

What is the community event?
A chili supper fundraiser put on by Cub Scout Pack 48
When is the event?
The chili supper is planned Oct. 9 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the New Hampton High School cafeteria.
What’s the cost?
Tickets are $5 for adults, and $3 for children in advance. Door price is $6 for adults, $3 for children.
How do we get tickets?
Tickets can be purchased from a Cub Scout Pack 48 member or at the First Citizens National Bank’s drive-through.
Where will the funds go?
Proceeds will be used to help the Cub Scouts with a new pinewood derby track.
